Deep Tissue Massage:
If you suffer from frequently strained muscles during
exertion, this intense form of bodywork may be your best
choice. Painful knotting and tightening of the muscles will be
released in this specialized technique, directing the body to a
faster and smoother recovery.
Neck and Back Massage:
If you have limited time you may choose to focus your
massage on the most commonly affected muscle areas in the
neck and back. This deep therapeutic massage directs relief in a limited time frame for the busy traveler.
Sports Body Massage:
Use this technique to relieve muscle pain resulting from
overexertion or intense exercise. Primary muscle groups are
targeted for stimulation to prepare the body for more
demanding efforts or to help it recover. The massage can be
performed before or after activities.
Swedish Massage:
Steeped in tradition, this massage incorporates well-
known techniques of long strokes and various kneading
techniques to achieve a fully relaxing effect.

Acupressure Massage:
By locating specific pressure points on the body,
acupressure enables the body to begin healing itself by

Aromatherapy Massage:
The healing benefits of essential plant oils are blended
with our deluxe massage oil in this personalized therapy. You

Ashiatsu:
An adaptation of ancient Asian barefoot massage, this
intriguing technique uses smooth, fluid, and gliding foot
pressure to reach deep into soft muscle tissue surrounding the
joints. Supported by wooden bars suspended over the guest, the therapist applies compression and acupressure using the feet, relieving the discomfort and strain of tight muscles. 80 min./$210
Chair Massage:
If you don’t have enough time for a full body massage, a chair massage is a great way to get quick relief from sore
