The concierge service at the Silvertree Hotel, located in the main lobby, is available for all hotel and Village Property Management guests. The concierges’ goal is to make your vacation here as hassle-free as possible. Let them assist you with dinner reservations, local transportation, even grocery shopping. They are happy to book reservations for you for any of the local activities. Stop by their desk any time, even if you just want recommendations on a good place to eat or where to go buy a bottle of wine. They are always delighted to help! All of the services have a cancellation policy. Please make sure you are aware of each service’s cancellation policy as they differ, usually between 24 – 48 hours.
Most restaurants in Aspen and Snowmass do not accept 7:00 or 7:30 reservations in an effort to maximize seating. If this is your preferred time please indicate if you would accept earlier or later to streamline this process.
