The concierge service at the Silvertree Hotel, located in the main lobby, is available for all hotel and Village Property Management guests. The concierges’ goal is to make your vacation here as hassle-free as possible. Let them assist you with dinner reservations, local transportation, even grocery shopping. They are happy to book reservations for you for any of the local activities. Stop by their desk any time, even if you just want recommendations on a good place to eat or where to go buy a bottle of wine. They are always delighted to help! Grocery Shopping
Upon your arrival your groceries will have been placed in your unit. A credit card will be requested during the concierge contact in order to charge the groceries directly. The grocery shopping service charge is $30 or 30% of the total shopping value, and will also be charged to your credit card as a separate charge. The grocery shopping list will be e-mailed to you.

Airport Transport
Arrivals:The Silvertree Hotel and Wildwood Lodge has a complimentary on-call airport pick-up service. Please call for a pick-up as soon as you arrive at the airport and your transport will arrive within 20 minutes.
A meet and greet service can be arranged for a fee of $45. Please indicate if you would like the meet and greet service:

Departures: Please call the bellstand the day prior to your departure, to arrange a complimentary departure airport shuttle.

Please Note
A credit card will need to be supplied to the concierge in order to book most of the above mentioned services. All of the services have a cancellation policy. Please make sure you are aware of each service’s cancellation policy as they differ, usually between 24 – 48 hours. Most restaurants in Aspen and Snowmass do not accept 7:00 or 7:30 reservations in an effort to maximize seating. If this is your preferred time please indicate if you would accept earlier or later to streamline this process. Filling in this request for information and concierge services does not guarantee a reservation. The concierge will book and confirm where possible.
